  1. I bought Eme ver 4.5b and thought it was great.

  3. In answering you question, I would like to see a function which allows 
  4. the taking of noise levels from each of the 2 channels from a stereo 
  5. sampler. This info would only need to be 2 numbers between 0 and 9, ie 
  6. the volume of the noise being monitored at that point on each channel.

  8. All you need have is a function call like eg :-
  9.  
  10. - var_name = ch_level_left
  11.  
  12. and var_name returned with a value between 0 and 9.
  13.  
  14. This would allow you to trigger sequences by real world noise events. 
  15. eg burglar alarm - any sustained level of noise above the ave sound level 
  16. (breaking windows, footsteps etc) can trigger an event ie an alarm.

  18. Or you could use it to provide trippy visuals triggered in time to the 
  19. beat of some music.

  21. If this is possible, I will be one of the fisrt to buy it !!!
